Start of a new era.

So maybe my title is a little too epic for this particular blog but it'll do.  So it has been years since I've written here and I read my previous posts.  It seems sad to me that in most of my posts I was complaining about something trivial.  Instead of being happy for the things I have.  I attribute my long absence from the blogging world to one of the best things that has ever happened to me.  Shortly after I wrote my last blog, I happened to meet someone that would turn out to be the love of my life, Luis.  So blame him.  ;-)  I'm only kidding.  About the blaming part, not the love of my life.  My life has changed so much since then, it's silly to think about.  Luis and I have been dating for 3 1/2 years.  I graduated from AC in 2007 and then went on to Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and graduated from there in 2009 with my B.A.  Now I am back in Amarillo and I am currently working at AC in the theatre as the Event Supervisor.  It's nice to know people and be in good with them, when you need the job.  ;-)  I am still doing theatre.  Of course.  Luis and I are planning on moving to New York City in September - something that scares the crap out of me.  But it'll be good.  It will be a life experience that I wouldn't get any where else.  I am turning 26 in a little over a month, and it seems so long ago that I was turning 22 in my last year of blogging.  Has anyone ever had you fill anything out that asked where you planned on being in 5 years?  Well I'm sure this isn't where I had planned on being, but I'm glad it's where I am at.  I love it.  I love life.  I love Luis.  I love you.  Let move on, full speed ahead, and hope and dream for all that comes.
